Instant: Sell jitoSOL for SOL using a swap quote. Market costs depend on amount and route.

Waiting: Usually next epoch; requests in the last two hours of an epoch can wait until the following epoch.
Limit: Use the claim ticket’s due time. The published minimum is SOL-equivalent, not a number of mSOL tokens.
