Vs Bulk Exchange

Updated 2026-09-19

VS

edgeX has the deeper book and a live token, but that also means its pre-TGE farming window is closed. Bulk is smaller but still genuinely pre-token.

  edgeX Bulk Exchange
Chain Ethereum L2 (StarkEx) Solana
Maker Fee 0.015% 0%
Taker Fee 0.038% 0.035%
Max Leverage up to 100x up to 20x
Token EDGE
Airdrop Status Token live (TGE Mar 2026) AURA points (pre-token)

edgeX is a StarkEx zk-rollup perps exchange with a live token and genuinely fast off-chain matching; Bulk Exchange is a newer, invite-gated Solana perps DEX that hasn’t launched a token yet. The core distinction here isn’t which platform is “better” — it’s that one of these is a farming opportunity and the other no longer is.

Speed and deposit flexibility versus a thinner, newer book

edgeX’s off-chain matching engine targets sub-10ms execution with on-chain settlement, and its 70+ chain deposit support means funding an account from almost any major chain is low-friction. Bulk’s Solana-native matching (built into the validator client itself) is also fast, but its order book is thinner and newer — real, but with less depth than edgeX’s more established venue.

Token stage: edgeX already paid out, Bulk hasn’t

$EDGE’s TGE happened March 31, 2026 — the pre-token farming window on edgeX is closed. What remains is an ongoing trade-to-earn program (fee rebates paid in USDC and EDGE), which is a genuine trading perk but not the same thing as farming points ahead of a launch. Bulk has no token, a live AURA points program, and a Genesis fee window that’s still open — it’s the one of these two platforms actually in a pre-token farming position right now.

Fees and access

edgeX’s base fees run close to Bulk’s, with edgeX’s referral program (a code like VIPDEX) granting immediate VIP status and a fee rebate. Bulk’s Genesis-phase 0% maker fee is more aggressive but temporary, and access itself requires an invite code, with edgeX being fully permissionless by comparison.

Which one to actually use

  • Choose edgeX if you want fast execution, broad deposit-chain support, and ongoing trade-to-earn rebates on a platform that’s already past its token event.
  • Choose Bulk if you specifically want a currently-open, pre-token farming opportunity and can get an access code.
  • Don’t confuse edgeX’s ongoing rebates with a fresh airdrop. Its token has launched; Bulk’s hasn’t — that’s the entire basis for choosing one over the other for farming purposes specifically.

Frequently asked

Is edgeX still worth farming for an airdrop?

Not in the pre-TGE sense — $EDGE's token generation event already happened, March 31, 2026. edgeX still runs an ongoing trade-to-earn program (fee rebates in USDC/$EDGE), but that's a different thing than farming points ahead of an unlaunched token, which is what Bulk currently offers.

Why compare a fast, established venue to a much smaller one?

Because they represent two different reasons to use a perps platform right now: edgeX for execution speed and a proven multichain deposit rail, Bulk for early positioning on a platform that hasn't launched a token yet. Different jobs, both real.
